We’re delighted to share that Moore UK has been bolstered through specialist hospitality firm WMT’s merger with our long-standing member Moore Kingston Smith.
WMT has officially rebranded to the Moore Kingston Smith name, reflecting its membership of the Moore network.
The merger, which completed in May 2024, strengthens Moore Kingston Smith’s growing hospitality, leisure and travel group which provides a range of accounting and advisory services for businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to large private and public companies.
WMT is a leader in the hospitality sector, working with around 350 restaurants, pub groups, bars and hotels across the UK, particularly in and around London. They are widely recognised for their advice and implementation of ethical tronc schemes, ensuring clients maximise the available reliefs, as well as motivating and incentivising their people in a fair way.
WMT also has a strong presence in and around St Albans, providing businesses, charities and individuals with audit, accountancy, tax and advisory services, mirroring Moore Kingston Smith’s offerings for the local market.
