AN END OF AN ERA: TAX SPECIALIST SIMON REID BIDS FAREWELL TO MOORE AFTER NEARLY FOUR DECADES

Associate and Tax Specialist Simon Reid retired from Moore Chartered Accountants this week after an incredible 38 years with the firm’s Corby office.  

Simon joined Moore as a trainee in 1985 straight from university. After completing his training and spending some time in the Audit and Accounts department, Simon made the move to the Tax team, quickly becoming one of the firm’s foremost tax specialists.  

April Foster, Managing Partner expressed her gratitude for Simon’s exceptional service and contributions to the firm. “Simon has been the backbone of our tax department for almost four decades and has been instrumental in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of tax regulations.  

We are immensely grateful for his years of service and loyalty to the firm and wish him the very best in his well-deserved retirement. We will miss his steadfast approach, his in-depth tax knowledge, and his quiet sense of humour.”
