She describes the sector as not only interesting, but motivating because of the energetic and entrepreneurial people it attracts. In her own words: 'If there can be a sexy area of accountancy, then media and marketing services is it!'As well as advising on routine areas of compliance such as audit and tax, she also advises regularly on specialist areas, including employee incentive schemes and valuations. She also works closely alongside M&A transactions, tax planning, company restructures and due diligence and enjoys helping clients reach their potential via our strategic advisory services.Esther edits the annual marketing services survey and leads on other sector research. She also works closely with the PRCA and the DBA on providing insight to their members as well as presenting their salary and charge out rate surveys to their members and is also the treasurer of BIMA.When not at work, Esther enjoys spending time with her son and trying to keep on top of her sizeable garden.
