Sam has over 20 years’ experience in private client and corporate services operating under local and international regulations. Having joined BGL Reads in 1999 he went on to spend 11 years with the firm working within trust and corporate services through its name changes to MeesPierson Reads, Fortis and finally Intertrust. Sam is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), he joined Moore Stephens Guernsey in 2010 to head up Private Client Services and was appointed Managing Director in 2013. Sam has expertise in managing and advising global clients in relation to UK complex trust & international tax structuring matters for succession planning, asset protection and investment. He also has extensive experience in corporate administration, managing private structures and supporting family offices. This includes executive directorships for private investment companies and family office entities. In addition to his client responsibilities in Guernsey, Sam became Chief Executive of Moore Stephens Channel Islands in 2019 and holds various executive and non-executive roles across the group.
