Peterborough-based Chartered Accountants, Moore East Midlands is delighted to announce the promotion of
Matthew Grief to Partner.
Having joined Moore in 2007, Matthew specialises in Tax Advice to both businesses and individuals and heads up the Peterborough Tax Department.
Matthew is fully STEP accredited (STEP is the association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning) and has recently launched the firm’s new probate service.

Matthew’s promotion brings the number of Partners at the Peterborough office to five. The firm has a further five partners at its Corby office and around 60 additional staff. Moore East Midlands is part of top 15 accountancy network Moore UK.
Matthew said: “The firm has continued to grow over the past few years despite the challenging conditions of the past 18 months, which is a testament to the incredible hard work of the entire Moore team. I am looking forward to taking on a greater role in developing both the practice and our people.”
In his new role as Partner, Matthew will focus on growing the firm’s tax advisory services, particularly in the areas of Inheritance Tax Planning, Trusts and Estates and Probate.
