£1000 Christmas grant for 'wet-led' pubs

The Prime Minister has announced an additional £1,000 Christmas grant available to pubs who are ‘wet-led’ (predominantly serve alcohol rather than food) which are in tier 2 and 3 areas.
 
It will be a one-off payment for December and businesses can apply in addition to the existing £3,000 support grants, (meaning that it will be paid on top of the £3,000 grant in December for those who apply).
 
The Christmas grant only covers pubs which are in tiers 2 and 3 who will miss out on much needed business during the busy Christmas period.

The grant will be made available through your local authority. Please check your local council’s website for more details.
