An update from Moore (South)

An update from Moore (South)

Andrew Coldwell

As we enter a third lockdown, the team at Moore (South) would like to wish you well and update you on how we are attempting to minimise disruption to the services we provide.

In terms of our services, we have full contingency plans in place to ensure we can continue to offer the best service possible, even where social distancing and home working has become necessary.

As a firm, we have a duty of care to all of our team and with this in mind we have revisited our working from home procedures. Like the second lockdown, we have allowed some members of our team to continue to work in the office if they are unable to work effectively from home; this includes team members that do not have a suitable working environment, or for those that feel isolated at home and feel that it has an affect on their mental wellbeing. To accommodate for this, we have carried out the necessary arrangements to make our five Moore (South) offices COVID secure and have the relevant risk assessments in place. Members of the team that are working from home are fully set up for remote working with access to the internet and their office phone and ready for online or phone meetings.

In the short-term we will need to postpone face-to-face meetings however, we will be taking meetings and conference calls through Zoom Meetings, Skype and we are able to share any confidential documents in a secure way through our OneClick workspace. We plan to continue to operate as near to normal as possible.

Our five offices share common work practices and systems and consequently in the event of your regular contact being unavailable any queries can be redirected to another knowledgeable person with access to the same information.

We are confident that we can continue to provide an excellent service through this challenging situation. In order to be responsible to ourselves, our family, friends, clients and the public at large, we are keeping up to date with all the guidelines recommended by the government and making sure we follow the recommended regulations.
